Return Policy

Please be mindful when shopping for frames online. We are trained and experienced opticians that can help guide your choice. Our frames are made in limited quantities. The frames that you buy will likely need to be fitted by a professional - someone who knows how to adjust unique frames that are often made of unique materials. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Shipping

We ship our orders on Wednesdays and Fridays. Most orders are shipped within 5 business days, if the frame is in stock. If your order is delayed, we will contact you with an updated ETA. Despite our best efforts, delays occur. Please be understanding of this. In addition to the delivery fee at checkout, the customer will be responsible for paying all duties and taxes that may occur upon delivery. For packages that are refused delivery and returned, the customer will need to pay attached costs for reshipping. Once an item leaves Canadian Customs, we can’t be responsible for any mishaps.
